In Hebrew, Psychology, is translated as תורת-הנפש, ‘Torat ha’nefesh’, the ‘Torah/law’ of the soul.
Gen 2:7 And YHWH God formed the man out of dust from the ground, and blew into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul (nephesh).
Psychology is a science, an academic, and applied discipline that involves the scientific study of human mental functions and behaviors. Psychologists are classified as social or behavioral scientists.
Psychological topics include perception, cognition, attention, emotion, motivation, brain functioning, personality, behavior, and interpersonal relationships. Some, especially depth psychologists, also consider the unconscious mind.
In short, Psychology, is the study of mankind. The way in which our brains work, our emotions, human history, genealogy, religions, language, culture and all human institutions point to Messiah.
The word nephesh/soul means the whole of a person
The other word in Hebrew that is translated as ‘soul’ is ‘neshama.’
‘Neshama’ comes from the following root:
‘Nasham’ comes from the root ‘shem’ which means ‘name/character’…The neshama of man is the ‘breathe’ of the Almighty or His Name/Character breathed into man to give Him life, which makes him a ‘nephesh’ a living soul.
His Name is His Word
Rev 19:13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
Joh 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
Within each human the image/name of the Almighty was placed…

“Philosophy is man’s knowledge of himself, so that through the evidence of the divine wisdom that is manifest within himself he will come to recognize the Creator; as Job said, ‘In my flesh I see God’ (Job 19:26)”

Man is a shadow picture of the Most High
Gen 1:26 And God said, let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; and let them rule over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the heavens, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over all the creepers creeping on the earth.
Gen 1:27 And God created the man in His own image; in the image of God He created him. He created them male and female.
Psychology comes from the Latin word psyche which traces back the Greek word Psykhe.
G5591
ψυχικός
psuchikos
Psuchikos means ‘of or belonging to breath.’ It is that which has been ‘animated’ by the Most High.
1Co 2:14 But a natural (psuchikos) man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he is not able to know them, because they are spiritually discerned.
The study of man (Adam) points to Messiah the ‘Last Adam’
1Co 15:45 So also it has been written, “The” first “man”, Adam, “became a living soul;” the last Adam a life-giving Spirit. Gen. 2:7
1Co 15:46 But not the spiritual first, but the natural; afterward the spiritual.
1Co 15:47 The first man was out of earth, earthy. The second Man was the Lord out of Heaven. Gen. 2:7
1Co 15:48 Such as is the earthy man, such also are the earthy ones. And such as is the heavenly Man, such also are the heavenly ones.
1Co 15:49 And as we bore the image of the earthy man, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly Man.
Genesis
Psuchikos is related to the Greek word ‘Genesis’
Jas 1:23 Because if anyone is a hearer of the Word, and not a doer, this one is like a man studying his natural (Greek – Genesis) face in a mirror;
Nature is related to giving birth/begetting. This traces back to the ‘generations/births’ of the heavens and the earth.
Gen 2:4 These are the generations* of the heavens and of the earth when they were created in the day that YHWH God was making earth and heavens.
*This word comes from:

This is related to the word ‘genus’

‘Genesis’ comes from this same English word
The study of nature leads us back to Genesis. Back to the beginning. Back to creation. Back to the Creator.
Gen 1:1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth
The first word of the Scriptures is Beresheit (In the Beginning). It has the Gematria of 913. God the Father in Greek has an exact numerical equivalent. In Hebrew the first word of the language is father אב.
Interestingly, 913 also is associated with His House. The first letter of the Scriptures is an enlarged bet. The bet in Hebrew means the house. The definition of good (tob) is that which surrounds or protects the house. Nature means to see or behold that which is good, He surrounds/protects/cares for His house.
Messiah Jesus connects the house to His flesh.
Joh 2:19 Jesus said to them, Destroy this sanctuary, and in three days I will raise it up.
Joh 2:20 Then the Jews said, This sanctuary was forty six years being built, and do You raise it up in three days?
Joh 2:21 But He spoke about the sanctuary of His body.
Genesis (in the beginning) is ‘breisheit’ in Hebrew which comes from the root word ‘rosh’ which means head. This is another link to the ‘psuche’ for it is the head from whence man’s personality/soul abides.
Going back to the word Psuchikos (natural), this word comes from root word ‘Psuche’ which means the ‘breath, soul, life, heart’
Psuche is used in the Septuagint to translate the following Hebrew words
psuche H376 ish (man)
psuche H2416 chayyah (life)
psuche H3820 lev (heart)
psuche H3824 levav (heart)
psuche H5315 nephesh (soul/spirit)
psuche H7307 ruach (spirit)
Again this points back to the beginning
The first letter of the Torah is ב
, the last letter of the Torah is ל, the last letter of the TaNaKH is also ל. Both forwards בל and in reverse לב the word for heart is seen.
H1079
בּל (Aramaic)
bâl
BDB Definition:
1) mind, heart
The Torah/TaNaKH is the ‘heart’ of YHWH (Psalm 119:32; Isaiah 51:7; Philippians 2:8).
This concept can be applied to the entire Scriptures as well. The first letter of the TaNaKH ב and the last letter of the New Testament Scriptures ן
בן = Son
נב = Fruit
Here it can be seen that the Torah/TaNaKH is the heart/mind of YHWH. When combined with the New Testament, the Son/ Fruit of His Mind/Heart is brought forth.
The Messiah is the Word in the flesh (John 1:14). Through study of the natural man (psuche/genesis) we are led to the Messiah who is the ‘psuche’ (spirit, heart, soul, living man) of the Word.
Genealogies
Nature is related to giving birth/begetting. This traces back to the ‘generations/births’ of the heavens and the earth.

Mat 1:1 The Book of the genealogy (Greek -genesis; Hebrew toledot)* of Jesus Christ the Son of David, the son of Abraham:
Genealogy/family history points to Messiah.
The Lives of the Patriarchs are shadows pointing to Messiah
Adam, Noah, Patriarchs, Moses, Samson, David, Daniel etc. Below are a few examples.
Adam was a picture of Messiah
Adam is called the first Adam (man), Messiah is the Last Adam 1 Corinthians 15:45. Adam came forth from Elohim, so too did Messiah(Luke 3:38; Matthew 27:54; Mark 1:1).
Paul describes Adam as a picture of Messiah
Eph 5:30 For we are members of His body, of His flesh, and of His bones.
Eph 5:31 “For this, a man shall leave his father and mother, and shall be joined to his wife, and the two shall be one flesh.” Gen. 2:24
Eph 5:32 The mystery is great, but I speak as to Christ and as to the assembly.
Isaac was a picture of Messiah
Issac was a son of promise (Gen 17:19; Lk 2:29-32). His birth was foretold by an angel (Gen 18:10; Lk 1:26). His birth was miraculous (Gen 18:13; Lk 1:34). He was a blessing to world (Gen 22:18; Lk 2:29). He was beloved by his father (Gen 22:2; Mt 3:17). He was his father’s Only son (Gen 22:2; Jn 3:16) undeserving of death (Heb 7:26) carried wood to sacrifice (Gen 22:6; Jn 19:17) brought to the mount (Gen 22:2; Jn 19:17)
went willingly to slaughter (Gen 22:9; Act 8:32) sacrificed (1 Cor 5:7)
resurrected (Act 2:31) lived to see offspring (Gen 25:21; Heb 2:10).

Isaac, Our Father
Isaac (Yitzchok) resembled his father Abraham in many ways. In fact, he looked so much like his father that there could be no mistake in anybody’s mind about their being father and son. Our Sages say that G-d fashioned Isaac’s face to be exactly like his father’s because there were some wicked people who spread tales that Isaac’s father was Abimelech, king of the Philistines, or that Isaac was a foundling whom Abraham and Sarah adopted. It is impossible, these talebearers said, that Abraham should become a father at the age of 100 years and Sarah at the age of 90. But when people saw Abraham and Isaac with their own eyes, there could be no doubt in their mind that Abraham was Isaac’s father, and Isaac was Abraham’s son (B.M. 87a).
The Image of the Father
Heb 1:2 in these last days He spoke to us in the Son, whom He appointed heir of all; through whom He indeed made the ages;
Heb 1:3 who being the shining splendor of His glory, and the express image of His essence, and upholding all things by the Word of His power, having made purification of our sins through Himself, He sat down on the right of the Majesty on high, Psa. 110:1
Joseph was a picture of Messiah
He had a barren mother (Genesis 29:31; Luke 1:27). He was a shepherd (Genesis 37:2; John 10:11). Hated by his brethren (Genesis 37:8; John 15:23-25). Wore a coat of many colors (Genesis 37:3, 23; John 19:19-24). He was rejected (Genesis 37:20; Luke 17:25). He was a stranger to his brethren (Genesis 42:7; Psalm 69:8), but was later received (Genesis 45:1; Zechariah 12:10). He was sent by his father (Genesis 37:13; Mark 12:1-11), was conspired against (Genesis 37:19; Psalm 2:1; 41:9; Matthew 26:59; 27:1), conspirators didn’t kill him themselves (Genesis 37:27; Luke 18:32). He was threw into a pit (Genesis 37:22) but was gone when his brethren returned (Genesis 37:29; Matthew 28:6). He was sold for silver (Genesis 37:28; Matthew 27:3-10) falsely accused (Genesis 39:14; Matthew 26:59). He was a servant (Genesis 39:20; Philippians 2:6-9). Condemned with two criminals, one judged the other forgiven (Genesis 40; Matthew 27:38). At the father’s right hand (Genesis 37:3; John 6:62), was humbled (Genesis 37:3; Philippians 2:7) but then returned to the right hand (Genesis 41:40; Acts 5:31).
Moses was a picture of Messiah
Deu 18:15 The LORD thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken;
Deu 18:16 According to all that thou desiredst of the LORD thy God in Horeb in the day of the assembly, saying, Let me not hear again the voice of the LORD my God, neither let me see this great fire any more, that I die not.
Deu 18:17 And the LORD said unto me, They have well spoken that which they have spoken.
Deu 18:18 I will raise them up a Prophet from among their brethren, like unto thee, and will put my words in his mouth; and he shall speak unto them all that I shall command him.
Deu 18:19 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require it of him.
Joh 6:14 Then those men, when they had seen the miracle that Jesus did, said, This is of a truth that prophet that should come into the world.
Joh 7:40 Many of the people therefore, when they heard this saying, said, Of a truth this is the Prophet.
Luk 7:16 And there came a fear on all: and they glorified God, saying, That a great prophet is risen up among us; and, That God hath visited his people.
Act 3:22 For Moses truly said unto the fathers, A prophet shall the Lord your God raise up unto you of your brethren, like unto me; him shall ye hear in all things whatsoever he shall say unto you.

In ‘story form’, the above names reveal thus:
God, to the earth, has appointed mortal man to receive (through human birth) His splendor. He shall come down, teaching/dedicated that His death shall bring the defeated, rest. His name shall release us so that we may acquire peace as we cross over the gap by our friend who is a firm rope (who was pierced in ignorance so that we may repent from our wondering). This Father of a great multitude shall laugh in mockery at the supplanter who caught His heel. Praise will break forth! Arrows of joy on high from the people of this willing giver! Hear an ominous oracle. His garment is a high mountain and in Him is strength. Worship and serve YHWH who is Beloved, He is a giver of a gift of consolation and full care. He will establish this gift of grace and He will add praise. Listen and obey, for we have been joined to this gift that YHWH has exalted. This Helper will be our aid. Be watchful, for God has measured all divination with a great witness that YHWH is our King and Light. I have asked God, will sinful offspring of Babel be healed of You. He answered, ” I am full of grace.” Then praise and add to it! Obey the gift of YHWH from this time on. The radiance of sunlight is by His side in nobility. Comfort and compassion are for the one with a great burden. With this gift of YHWH, He will add and answer the oppressed..”YHWH is King.” Join unto the gift and ascend when He adds to you Jesus!
History
One word for ‘history’ in Hebrew is toledot (generations, genealogy, birth).
The word vision means something seen in the supernatural. The English etymology shows that history is linked to the supernatural or the guiding Hand of the Most High.
Another word for history in Hebrew is ‘sippur’ which means a telling or a record.
All of history is recorded in the Bible, the sepher.
Isa 46:10 declaring the end* from the beginning, and from the past those things which were not done, saying, My counsel shall rise; and, I will do all My desire;
*acharit can mean both the end, as well as that which follows
Not only the end, but everything that ‘follows’, or it can be said all of history is recorded in the Word.
The Jewish Mind pg 33-34 quoting the Genius of Vilna
“The rule is that all that was, is, and will be unto the end of time is included in the Torah, from the first word to the last word. And not merely in a general sense, but as to the details of every species and each one individually, and details of details of everything that happened to him from the day of his birth until his end.”
The history of mankind points to Messiah.
Psa 77:5 I have considered the days of old, the years of ancient times.
Psa 77:6 I will remember my song in the night; I will speak with my own heart, and my spirit carefully searches.
Psa 77:7 Will the Lord cast off forever; and will He not add, to be pleased any more?
Psa 77:8 Is His mercy gone forever? Has His Word failed for all generations?
Psa 77:9 Has God forgotten to be gracious; has He in anger shut up His tender mercies? Selah.
Psa 77:10 And I said, This is my sickness, the years of the right hand of the Most High;
Psa 77:11 I will remember the works of YHWH; surely I will remember Your wonders of old.
Psa 77:12 I will also meditate on all Your works and muse of Your doings.
In the above verses, the Psalmist recalls past history to remember the mighty works of YHWH. It appeared to him that at that time YHWH’s Hand was not being revealed yet he continued to muse on His works. In much of world history it is hard to see the Hand of YHWH in the affairs of men but yet He is in control of all things, even the plans and actions of mankind (Acts 4:28).
Pro 16:9 A man’s heart plans his way, but YHWH fixes his step.
Pro 19:21 Many purposes are in a man’s heart, but the counsel of YHWH shall stand.
Pro 20:24 The steps of a man are from YHWH, and what can man discern of his way?
Isa 46:9 Remember former things from forever, for I am God, and no one else is God, even none like Me,
Isa 46:10 declaring the end from the beginning, and from the past those things which were not done, saying, My counsel shall rise; and, I will do all My desire;
Remembering the days of old is linked with seeking Him
Psa 143:5 I remember the days of old. I meditate on all Your works; I muse on the work of Your hands.
Psa 143:6 I spread out my hands to You; my soul is to You like a weary land. Selah.
The history of all mankind is linked together
Deu 32:7 Remember the ancient days, consider the years of many generations; ask your father, and he will declare to you, your elders, and they shall say to you;
Deu 32:8 when the Most High divided to the nations their inheritance; when He separated the sons of Adam, He set up the bounds of the peoples, according to the number of the sons of Israel.
History is cyclical, this is especially seen in the period of time of the year. In Hebrew, the word year is shanah which means to repeat.
The year is determined by the sun moving through its courses.
The year begins in the month of Nisan/Aviv which occurs in the Spring at the tekufah or the turn of the year when the sun has completed its orbit. Throughout the year the sun moves through all 12 constellations until it reaches the spring tequfah where it repeats the cycle.

This path of the sun is a picture of Messiah
Psa 19:1 To the chief musician. A Psalm of David. The heavens are recounting the glory of God, and the expanse proclaiming His handiwork.
Psa 19:2 Day by day they pour forth speech, and night to night reveals knowledge.
Psa 19:3 There is no speech, nor are there words where their voice is not heard.
Psa 19:4 Their measuring line has gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world; in them He has set up a dwelling-place for the sun,
Psa 19:5 and he comes forth like a bridegroom (Matthew 9:15) from his canopy. He rejoices like a hero to run a race;
Psa 19:6 his going forth from the end of the heavens, and his orbit (tequfah) to their ends; and nothing is hidden from his heat.
Interestingly, the name of Messiah is linked with the cycle of the year as well.
יהושע
ישועsubtracting 26 (יהוה) from His name gives the number 360, the number days in the lunar year.
Why subtract 26? As seen above in Psalm 77, it may appear that YHWH is not actively involved in the affairs of man, yet His ‘unseen Hand’ (Exodus 17:16) is in reality controlling everything.
To further illustrate this link between Messiah and time, the name Yahshua comes from the same root word ‘sha’ which mean an hour (sha’ah).
Wisdom in the Hebrew Alphabet pg 139 ‘lamed’
“In the days of the Scriptures, God taught His ways to Israel through His prophets. Then, man could understand history and perceive it as the language of God’s will. Without prophecy, it remains for man to search for God’s hand in His conduct of events, for it is an article of faith that Divine Providence is always at work. In this sense, God is a Teacher, using events to show what is called for from man.”
Man’s days are a shadow picture which points to Messiah (1 Chronicles 29:15; Job 8:8-9; Psalm 102:11; 144:4)
Religion
All religions point to Messiah, albeit they corrupt His Image. Judaism, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, the ‘Mythologies’ etc., all have shadows of Messiah. It is not our job to convert one another to each others religions and our conceived perceptions of God (Matthew 23:15). It is our job to seek His face and it is through the Holy Spirit that we will be led into truth (John 16:13; 1 John 2:27). All religions have some truth which is a gift of grace to all of mankind to draw us back to the Most High (2 Peter 3:9; 1 Timothy 2:4; 4:10). Our job is to walk in truth and be living epistles of the Word (2 Corinthians 3:3). It is through love that mankind will know the truth, not through our doctrine (John 13:35).
YHWH is the God of all
Rom 3:29 Or is He the God of Jews only, and not also of the nations? Yes, of the nations also,
Jer 32:27 Behold, I am YHWH, the God of all flesh. Is anything too difficult for Me?
Joh 1:9 He was the true Light; He enlightens every man coming into the world.
Isa 19:24 In that day Israel shall be the third with Egypt and with Assyria, a blessing in the midst of the earth,
Isa 19:25 whom YHWH of Hosts shall bless, saying, Blessed be My people Egypt, and Assyria, the work of My hands, and Israel My inheritance.
Num 16:22 And they fell on their faces, and said, O God, God of the spirits of all flesh; shall one man sin, and will You be angry with all the congregation?
Num 27:16 Let YHWH, the God of the spirits of all flesh, appoint a man over the congregation
Job 12:10 in whose hand is the soul of every living thing, and the breath of all flesh, even of man?
Ecc 12:7 then the dust shall return to the earth as it was, and the spirit shall return to God who gave it.
Isa 64:8 But now, YHWH, You are our Father. We are the clay, and You are our Former; yea, we all are Your handiwork.
YHWH has worked through and for the heathen nations
Deu 2:19 and you shall draw near, across from the sons of Ammon. You shall not besiege them nor be stirred up against them, for I have not given of the land of the sons of Ammon to you for a possession. For I have given it for a possession to the sons of Lot.
Deu 2:20 It is reckoned a land of giants, even it; giants formerly lived in it, and the Ammonites call them Zamzummim;
Deu 2:21 a great and plentiful people, and tall as the Anakim. And YHWH destroyed them before them, and they expelled them, and lived in their place;
Deu 2:22 as He had done for the sons of Esau, who live in Seir, when He destroyed the Horites from before them and they expelled them, and lived in their place until today.
Deu 2:23 And the Avvites who lived in villages as far as Azzah, the Caphtorites coming out of Caphtor destroyed them, and lived in their place.
Jer 27:6 And now I have given all these lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, My servant. And I have also given him the beast of the field to serve him.
Jer 27:7 And all nations shall serve him, and his son, and his son’s son, until the time of his own land comes; also it. And many nations and great kings shall serve him.
Jer 27:8 And it shall be, the nation and kingdom which will not serve him, Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, and that will not put its neck in the yoke of the king of Babylon, I will punish that nation, says YHWH, with the sword, and with the famine, and with the plague, until I have destroyed them by his hand.
YHWH gives non-Israelites their lands
Deu 2:5 you shall not fight against them, for I will not give their land to you, even to a step of a sole of a foot, for I have given Mount Seir to Esau as a possession.
Jos 24:4 And I gave Jacob and Esau to Isaac. And I gave Mount Seir to Esau, to possess it. And Jacob and his sons went down to Egypt.
Deu 2:9 And Jehovah said to me, Do not besiege Moab, nor stir yourself up against them in battle, for I will not give their land to you for a possession. For I have given Ar as a possession to the sons of Lot.
Deu 2:18 You are passing over the border of Moab today, to Ar,
Deu 2:19 and you shall draw near, across from the sons of Ammon. You shall not besiege them nor be stirred up against them, for I have not given of the land of the sons of Ammon to you for a possession. For I have given it for a possession to the sons of Lot.
YHWH delivered ‘heathen’ to their lands.
Amo 9:7 Are you not like the sons of the Ethiopians to Me, O sons of Israel? declares YHWH. Have I not brought Israel up out of the land of Egypt, and the Philistines from Caphtor, and the Syrians from Kir?
YHWH ends the exiles of other nations
Sodom and Gomorrah
Eze 16:53 When I shall return their captivity, the captivity of Sodom and her daughters, and the captivity of Samaria and her daughters, then also the captivity of your captivity in their midst;
Eze 16:54 so that you may bear your shame and be disgraced from all that you have done, since you are a comfort to them.
Eze 16:55 When your sisters, Sodom and her daughters, shall return to their former state, and Samaria and her daughters shall return to their former state, then you and your daughters shall return to your former state.
Egypt
Jer 46:25 YHWH of Hosts, the God of Israel, says, Behold, I am punishing the multitudes of No, and Pharaoh, and Egypt, with her gods and her kings, even Pharaoh and those who trust in him.
Jer 46:26 And I will deliver them into the hand of those who seek their lives, and into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar, the king of Babylon, and into the hand of his servants. And afterward it will be peopled, as in the days of old, declares YHWH.
Moab
Jer 48:46 Woe to you, Moab! The people of Chemosh have perished. For your sons are taken away into exile, and your daughters into exile.
Jer 48:47 But I will restore the prisoners of Moab in the end of the days, declares YHWH. So far is the judgment of Moab.
Ammon
Jer 49:6 And after this I will bring again the prisoners of the sons of Ammon, declares YHWH.
YHWH fights for ‘gentiles’
Deu 2:19 and you shall draw near, across from the sons of Ammon. You shall not besiege them nor be stirred up against them, for I have not given of the land of the sons of Ammon to you for a possession. For I have given it for a possession to the sons of Lot.
Deu 2:20 It is reckoned a land of giants, even it; giants formerly lived in it, and the Ammonites call them Zamzummim;
Deu 2:21 a great and plentiful people, and tall as the Anakim. And YHWH destroyed them before them, and they expelled them, and lived in their place;
Naaman
2Ki 5:1 And Naaman the commander of the army of the king of Syria was a great and exalted man before his lord, for YHWH had given deliverance to Syria by him. And he was a brave warrior, but leprous.
Messiah came with the message that the love of God extends to all mankind, not just Israel. Due to the religious spirit of the times, His message was not accepted.
Luk 4:24 But He said, Truly I say to you that no prophet is acceptable in his fatherland.
Luk 4:25 But truthfully I say to you, Many widows were in Israel in the days of Elijah when the heaven was shut up over three years and six months, when a great famine came on all the land;
Luk 4:26 and yet Elijah was sent to none of them except to Zarephath of Sidon, to a widow woman.
Luk 4:27 And many lepers were in Israel during the time of Elisha the prophet, and none of them was made clean except Naaman the Syrian.
Luk 4:28 And all were filled with anger, hearing these things in the synagogue.
Luk 4:29 And rising up, they threw Him outside the city, and led Him up to the brow of the hill on which their city was built, in order to throw Him down.
This was also the message of Paul
Eph 3:1 Because of this, I, Paul, the prisoner of Christ Jesus on behalf of you, the nations,
Eph 3:2 if, indeed, you heard of the stewardship of the grace of God given to me for you,
Eph 3:3 that by revelation He made known to me the mystery, as I wrote before in brief,
Eph 3:4 by the reading of which you are able to realize my understanding in the mystery of Christ,
Eph 3:5 which was not made known to the sons of men in other generations, as now it was revealed to His holy apostles and prophets in the Spirit,
Eph 3:6 for the nations to be joint-heirs, and a joint-body and joint-sharers of His promise in Christ through the gospel,
Act 22:14 And he said, The God of our fathers appointed you to know His will, and to see the Just One, and to hear a voice out of His mouth;
Act 22:15 for you shall be a witness for Him to all men of what you have seen and heard.
Again the religious spirit of the times would not accept this
Act 22:21 And He said to me, Go, for I will send you to the nations afar off.
Act 22:22 And they heard him until this word, and lifted up their voice, saying, Take such a one from the earth, for it is not fitting that he should live!
ALL flesh seeks YHWH
Psa 65:2 To You who hears prayer, all flesh comes.
The problem is that man has been deceived by the adversary to make idols that are put in the front of the face of the Father. Everyone who seeks “God” is seeking the true and Living Elohim of Heaven for there is only One True God. Sadly, most have been deceived into worshiping an Image of who they think He is, not the Truth.
In the end, ALL will come to know Him…our job is not to hate and persecute those who are trying to seek the Almighty but to, by love, lead them to the Truth.
Psa 22:27 All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn back to YHWH; and all the families of the nations shall worship before You.
Isa 66:23 And it will be, from new moon to its new moon, and from sabbath to its sabbath, all flesh shall come to worship before Me, says YHWH.
Rev 15:4 Who will not fear You, Lord, and glorify Your name? For You only are holy. For all the nations will come and will worship before You, because Your righteousnesses were made known.
Luk 3:5 Every valley shall be filled up, and every mountain and hill shall be made low; and the crooked places shall be made into straight, and the rough into smooth ways;”
Luk 3:6 “and all flesh shall see the salvation of God.” Isaiah 40:3-5
Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that everyone believing into Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Joh 3:17 For God did not send His Son into the world that He might judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him.
Joh 17:1 Jesus spoke these things and lifted up His eyes to Heaven, and said, Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son may also glorify You,
Joh 17:2 as You gave to Him authority over all flesh, so that to all which You gave to Him, He may give to them everlasting life.
All religions are seeking the Most High. The problem is that religion makes an idol out of the Most High and many times the adversary uses religion to steal worship. This is why all religions have some truth and a lot of their doctrines trace back to the Scriptures(Psalm 22:27). We all came from Adam and then from Noah. Truth permeates through all cultures. Doctrine is not God. God is beyond our attempts to explain Him (Job 11:7). He is the Word, therefore, the Scriptures are our sole source of ultimate truth, not our our interpretations of the text.
The Sacred Name is embedded in the Human bodyclick here…that is, the HUMAN body. ALL men. Not just those who follow a particular religion.
After the Flood, mankind was divided into three sections according to the sons of Noah.
Gen 10:32 These were the families of the sons of Noah, by their generations, in their nations. And from these the nations were divided in the earth after the flood.
From these 3 families one can trace back the customs of the different peoples that point back to YHWH, back to Genesis.
Genesis in Ancient Culturesclick here
All cultures have stories that trace back to creation, the garden of Eden, the fall of man, the flood and most importantly, redemption and return to the Most High. Many also have stories that trace back to Genesis 6 and the Tower of Babel as well.
Letter of Aristeas
15 our deeds to give the lie to our words. Since the law which we wish not only to transcribe but also to translate belongs to the whole Jewish race, what justification shall we be able to find for our embassy while such vast numbers of them remain in a state of slavery in your kingdom? In the perfection and wealth of your clemency release those who are held in such miserable bondage, since as I have been at pains to discover, the God who gave them their law is the God who maintains your kingdom. They worship the same God – the Lord and Creator of the Universe, as all other men, as we ourselves, O king, though we call him by different names, such as Zeus or
16 Dis. This name was very appropriately bestowed upon him by our first ancestors, in order to signify that He through whom all things are endowed with life and come into being, is necessarily the ruler and lord of the Universe. Set all mankind an example of magnanimity by releasing those who are held in bondage.’
It is evident that in many legends, not only of the Greek but also of the Hindu and other mythologies, the Gentile nations have embodied their remembrances of events, the true record of which is found in the Torah.
1Ma 3:48 And laid open the book of the law, wherein the heathen had sought to paint the likeness of their images.
E. Raymond Capt writes in his book The Glory Of The Stars, “Agnostics have long offered virgin–born saviours, messiahs, or sons of God, preceding the Christian era, as criticism of the orthodox Christian position. Such claims are no longer valid in the light of Celestial Revelation. All world religions do show a common origin (by similarities) but it only proves that in the beginning, all mankind was given God’s plan for humanity. In such cases, having foreknowledge of a virgin–born savior, it was no problem for corrupt priests to fabricate one, and, every religion did just that. Nor did such practices cease with the birth of Jesus Christ”.
To arrive at the source of a matter, one by necessity, must trace it back to its beginning.
In every nation and culture on the Earth, there can be found in it’s ancient historical writings, a story of a flood, a story of a “god–man”. This is most apparent in the ancient Chinese symbol language, where their symbol for creation is made by combining three separate symbols. The symbol for man, the symbol for dust and the symbol for breath. In a nation whose language goes back more than five thousand years, and whose people have been denied the Bible for so long, it is amazing to find the creation account from Genesis incorporated into the Chinese language in their letter–symbol for creation.”
Rev 1:4 John to the seven assemblies in Asia: Grace to you, and peace, from the One who is, and who was, and who is coming, and from the seven spirits which are before His throne;
Albert Barnes commentary
It is remarkable that there are some passages in pagan inscriptions and writings which bear a very strong resemblance to the language used here by John respecting God. Thus, Plutarch (De Isa. et Osir., p. 354.), speaking of a temple of Isis, at Sais, in Egypt, says, “It bore this inscription – ‘I am all that was, and is, and shall be, and my vail no mortal can remove’“ – Ἐγώ εἰμι πᾶν τὸ γεγονός, καὶ ὅν, καὶ ἐσόμενον καὶ τὸν ἐμὸν πέπλον οὐδείς τω θνητὸς ἀνεκάλυψεν Egō eimi pan to gegonos, kai hon, kai esomenon kai ton emon peplon oudeis tō thnētos anekalupsen. So Orpheus (in Auctor. Lib. de Mundo), “Jupiter is the head, Jupiter is the middle, and all things are made by Jupiter.”
Wis 14:21 And this became a hidden trap for mankind, because men, in bondage to misfortune or to royal authority, bestowed on objects of stone or wood the name* that ought not to be shared.

APHRODITE:
E.W. Bullinger Companion Bible appendix 21
“Calling on the Name of Jehovah”
What was really begun was the profanation of the name of Jehovah. They began to call something by the Name of Jehovah. The AV suggests themselves in the margin. But the majority of ancient Jewish commentators supply the Ellipsis by the words “their gods”; suggesting that they called the stars and idols their gods, and worshipped them.
The Targum Jonathan says: “That was the generation in whose days they began to err, and to make themselves idols, and surnamed their idols by the Name of the Word of the Lord.”
Pagan emperors admitted that their faith was very similar to that of the Hebrews
The Jews behave like the Gentiles [Pagans] except that they acknowledge only one god. This is something distinctive to them, but alien to us. As for everything else, though, we share common ground—temples, sanctuaries, altars, rituals of purification, certain injunctions where we do not diverge from one another at all, or only in insignificant ways. [Julian, emperor, Against the Galileans, fr 72 (306 B) ]
The Origin of Man’s Religions by Patrick Zukeran
“Anthropologists Dr. Wilhelm Schmidt, author of the 4000 page treatise, The Origin and Growth of Religion, and, more
recently, Don Richardson , author of Eternity in Their Hearts, documented this fact in the hundreds of cultures they
studied. They discovered that the religion of some of the most ancient cultures were monotheistic and practiced little or
no form of animism or magic. In almost every culture around the world, the religion of a particular culture began with a concept of a masculine, creator God who lives in the heavens. He provided a moral law by which the people would enter into a relationship with him. This relationship was broken when the people were disobedient, and as the relationship
deteriorated, the people distanced themselves from the creator and their knowledge of him faded. As the civilization moved further away, they began to worship other lesser gods. In their search to survive in a world filled with spiritual forces, they desired power to manipulate the forces, and thus there was an increase in the use of magic.
This theory fits very well with what is revealed in Scripture. Genesis teaches us that God created man and that man lived
according to his knowledge of God and His laws. However, from Adam’s first act of disobedience, mankind continued his
sinful path away from God. Paul summarizes this history in Romans 1. The theory of original monotheism is the most
consistent with Scripture and appears to have strong historical support.
Here are just a few examples. The Encyclopedia of Religion and Ethics states that the Chinese culture before
Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, 2600 years before Christ, worshipped Shang Ti. They understood Him to be the
creator and law-giver. They believed that He was never to be represented by an idol. When the Zhou Dynasty controlled
China during the years 1066-770 B.C., the worship of Shang Ti was replaced by the worship of heaven itself, and
eventually three other religions were spawned in China.
In a region north of Calcutta, India, there lived the Santal people. They were found worshipping elements of nature.
However, before these practices developed, they worshipped Thakur Jiu, the genuine God who created all things.
Although they knew Thakur Jiu was the true God, the tribe forsook worshipping Him and began entering into spiritism
and the worship of lesser gods who ruled over some aspect of creation.
In Ethiopia, the Gedeo people number in the millions and live in different tribes. These people sacrifice to evil spirits out
of fear. However, behind this practice is an older belief in Magano, the one omnipotent creator.
The Incas in South America also have this same belief. Alfred Metraux, author of History of the Incas, discovered the
Inca’s originally worshipped Viracocha, the Lord, the omnipotent creator of all things. Worship of Inti, the Sun God, and
other gods are only recent departures from this monotheistic belief.
Don Richardson’s book, Eternity in Their Hearts, illustrates how this theory shaped the missionary effort in China and
Korea. In ancient China, the Lord of the Heavens was referred to as Shang Ti. In Korea, he was referred to as Hananim.
Over the centuries, the Chinese departed from the worship of Shang Ti and adopted the beliefs of Confucianism,
Taoism, and Buddhism that taught the worship of ancestors and the Buddha. However, even after two thousand years,
the Chinese still mentioned the name of Shang Ti.
However, even in Buddhism, a shadow of Messiah is seen in the verbal tradition of Gautama Buddha who said that ‘After me will come Phra-Ariya-Metrai, the Lord of Mercy. When he appears, my followers must all follow him.’
Eternity in Their Hearts pg 88
“Concerning the Shan and Palaung preoccupation with Are-Mataya that ‘no figure in all their religious horizon more quickly rouses their interest. In one of their books regarding Are-Metaya is found a verse very similar to the book of Isaiah: ‘Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain shall be made low, and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain,’ and they expect Are-Metaya literally to fulfill this prophecy when he comes.”
In 1884, Protestant missionaries entered Korea. After studying the culture, they believed that Hananim was the residual
witness of God. As these missionaries began to preach utilizing this remnant witness, their message was enthusiastically
received. Instead of introducing a foreign God from the west, they were reintroducing the natives to the Lord of their
ancestors whom they were interested to know. The Catholic missionaries who had been in Korea for decades were still
employing designations for God from Chinese phrases like Tien Ju. As a result, the Korean people responded to the
message from the Protestant missionaries and Christianity spread throughout the country at an explosive rate.”

Jesus is the Tao that Confucius and Lao Zi were looking for, the Rta of Indian philosophers or Purusa of the Rig Veda, the Divine Logos of St. the Apostle John. John’s famous words about that Logos are correctly translated as follows in Chinese: “In the beginning was the Tao. And the Tao was with God, and the Tao was God. . . All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. . . .”
Tao is a concept found in Chinese philosopy and East Asian religions, which literally means ‘the way’, ‘path’ or ‘route’, or sometimes more loosely as ‘doctrine’ or ‘principle.’
When Christ was born in Palestine it was
informed the wise men of the east, the non-Jewish
world. Not only at His birth even before that, the plan
of salvation through the sacrificial death of Christ was
revealed in the ancient Vedas, the Hindu religious
books. When the ancient sages wrote about the sacrifice
of Prajapati (God), quite unknowingly they were
portraying the Lord Jesus Christ as the way of
salvation.
Prajapati’s Sacrifice as described in the Vedas
The Vedas are a collection of Hindu religious
books written before the earthly life of the Lord Jesus
Christ. The literal meaning of the word is the Lord of
all creation. He is the Creator. Therefore, the
Prajapati’s Sacrifice means the Sacrifice of God
Himself. There are several verses in the Vedas in
connection with this. Let me quote one of them from
the Tandyamahabrahmana in its second part, chapter 7:
“Prajapatirddevebhyam
Atmanam yajnam krtva prayacchat”
(Having done a self-sacrifice, Prajapati, the
Lord of all creation, offered Himself for gods.)
This concept of self-sacrifice is very significant.
Normally, God is supposed to receive sacrifices and
offerings; but here the victim of sacrifice is God
Himself.
The meaning of ‘Prajapati’ is Lord of all creation, and is also called ‘Purusa’ which means the Man of perfection. (Purusasukta, Rg Veda 10: 90:
1-16)
The definitions of ‘Purusa’ in Vedic literature are
meaningful only when they applied to Jesus.
Definition #1 is quoted from ‘Yajur Veda’ 32:4:
“Purvoh jatah Purusah” which means one who is born
in the beginning. Well, Jesus has no beginning. He is
eternal. Still Jesus is called the first born in the Bible:
“He is the image of invisible God, the first born of all
creation” (Colossians 2: 15).
Definition # 2 “Purnatvad Purusah” means the One
who is perfection is Purusah is also fulfilled in Jesus.
When all men of the world are imperfect beings, Jesus
Christ, the Son of Man is the one and the only perfect
Man in this world.
Definition #3: “Sa yat purvo asmat sarvasmat sarvan
papmana ausat tasmat Purusah (He who burns out sin
before all is Purusa” (Brhadaranykoponisad 1.4.1).
The Chandogyopanisad 1.6. 6-7 says: This man is
above all sin and one who worships Him and follows
Him also raise himself above sins.”
The Sacrificial Man should be closely tied to the
sacrificial pillar (Sathapathabrahmana 3.7.3.1). Christ
was closely nailed to the cross, the sacrificial pillar.
(5) The blood of the Sacrificial Man should be shed,
according to the Vedas. Fulfilled in Jesus’ crucifixion.
(6) The Sacrificial Man should return to life after the
sacrifice. (Brhadaranykopanisad 3.9.28.4,5). Fulfilled
in Jesus’ resurrection
There are many other features of the Prajapat’s
sacrifice in the Vedas fulfilled in Jesus. For a detailed
study read the book, Christ in Ancient Vedas, written
by Dr. Joseph Padinjarekara.
The Katopanisad another Hindu book written
around 600 B.C. says, “the one who knows this Purusa
becomes free and attains immortality” (ch.6.8).
Dear friends, the Upanisads also say that
knowing Him is the one and the only way for your
Mukti – salvation. The Svetasvataropanisad firmly
declares that “there is no other way to enter into eternal
life.” (ch.3.8). The same thing was told by Jesus: “I am
the way, the truth and life; no one comes to the Father,
but through Me” (John 14:6).
Hindus also have a concept of ‘Prajapti Yogna’ where the king offers himself as sacrifice for the good of the people.

Ebla Creation account
By the power of word the universe came into being in the Ebla creation account
Lord of heaven and earth:
the earth was not, you created it,
the light of day was not, you created it,
the morning light you had not [yet] made exist.
This clearly parallels the Biblical account. In the Bible we also find a “Lord of heaven and earth” who created the earth and everything around it out of nothing.
Egyptian Creation account
“I am the creator of all things that exist…that came forth from my mouth. Heaven and Earth did not exist, nor had been created the herbs of the ground nor the creeping things. I raised them out of the primeval abyss from a state of non-being.”
Indian creation account – Svetasvatara Upanishad 3
“He is the never-created Creator of all: he knows all. He is pure consciousness, the creator of time: all-powerful, all-knowing.”
Chinese creation account – Ritual Hymn to Shang-Ti, the Creator
“Of old in the beginning, there was the great chaos, without form and dark…You, O Spiritual Sovereign first divided the grosser parts from the purer. You made heaven. You made earth. You made man. All things with their reproducing power got their being.”
Creator
Eternity in Their Hearts pg 51
“…more than 90 percent of the world’s folk religions acknowledge at least the existence of God. Some even anticipate His redeeming concern for mankind.”
The Incas believed in Viracocha, the Lord, the omnipotent Creator of all things.
Eternity in Their Hearts pg 37-38
“Viracocha-like figures are prominent in Indian cultures ‘from Alaska to Tierra del Fuego,’ whereas sun worship appears in relatively few cultures.”
“Pachacuti’s description of Viracucha is as follows: ‘He is ancient, remote, supreme, and uncreated. Nor does he need the gross satisfaction of a consort. He manifests himself as a trinity when he wishes…otherwise only heavenly warriors and archangels surround his loneliness. He created all peoples by his ‘word’ [shades of Heraclitus, Plato, Philo and the apostle John!], as well as all huacas [spirits]. He is man’s Fortunus, ordaining his years and nourishing him. He is indeed the very principle of life, for he warms the folk through his created son, Punchao [the sun disk, which was somehow distinct from Inti]. He is a bringer of peace and an orderer. He is in his own being blessed and has pity on men’s wretchedness. He alone judges and absolves them and enables them to combat their evil tendencies.
Egypt
Just as Pachacuti attempted to lead the Incan people back to the One true God, the Creator, so did Akhenaten attempt to lead Egypt back to Aten.
Santal people of Calcutta India
The Santal people believed in Thakur Jiu, Thakur was Sandal for ‘genuine,’ and Jiu meant god.
Eternity in Their Hearts pg 43
“Thakur Jiu- the Genuine God-created the first man-Haram-and the first woman-Ayo-and placed them far to the west of India in a region called Hihiri Pipiri. There a being named Lita tempted them to make rice beer. Then Lita enticed them to pour part of the beer on the ground as an offering to Satan. Haram and Ayo became drunk on the rest of the beer and slept. When they awoke they knew they were naked and felt ashamed.” “Ayo later bore Haram seven sons and seven daughters, who married and founded seven clans. The clans migrated to a region called Kroj Kaman, where they became corrupted. Thakur Jiu called mankind to ‘return to Him.’ When man refused, Thakur Jiu hid ‘a holy pair’ in a cave on Mount Harata. Then Thakur Jiu destroyed the rest of mankind with a flood…”
The Santal people believed that they were descended from the ‘holy pair’ that survived the flood but during crisis they lost their faith in Thakur Jiu.
The Gedeo people of Ethiopia
The Gedeo people believe in ‘Magano’ the omnipotent Creator of all that is.
Central African Republic’s Mbaka people believe in Koro, the Creator who sent His Son to redeem mankind.
Eternity in Their Hearts pg 57
“Koro, the Creator, sent word to our forefathers long ages ago that He has already sent His Son into the world to accomplish something wonderful for all mankind. Later, however, our forefathers turned away from the truth about Koro’s Son…Since the time of ‘the forgetting,’ successive generations of our people have longed to discover the truth about Koro’s Son. but all we could learn was that messengers would eventually come to restore that forgotten knowledge to us. Somehow we knew also that the messengers would probably be white-skinned…”
In China they call the Creator, Shang Ti, the Lord of Heaven.
In Korea He is known as Hananim, the Great One. In Korean belief, Hananim had a Son who desired to live among men.
The Burmese believed in Y’wa, the Creator who delivered them a book that they lost which would one day be brought by a ‘white brother.’ Through hymns, these people kept alive the belief that Y’wa was the Eternal Creator, omnipotent and omniscient. One of their hymns even details the Garden of Eden and the fall of man. Another hymn speaks of Y’wa coming at an appointed season and the Kingdom that comes with Him. The Kachin, Karen, Lahu and Wa peoples of the Burma area all have similar beliefs of a Creator God who gave them a book that was lost and would be restored one day by white messengers.
The Nagas
The Nagas of India believed in Chepo-Thuru, the God who sustains everything. In the Konyak dialect, his name was Gwang. The Rengma tribe of the Nagas believed that the Supreme Being gave His words to their forefathers by writing them on animal skins. But the forefathers did not take good care of the skins. Dogs ate them. Phuveyi Dozo, a Naga author, claims that Naga culture featured amazingly biblical customs such as the erection of memorial stones at special places, ‘first fruit’ offerings, blood offerings, holy animal offerings, eating unleaved bread, ear boring, keeping a ‘sacred fire’ burning continuously, special regard for the number seven, harvest feasts, and the blowing of trumpets after harvest, and they never represented Chepo-Thuru with an idol.
African culture
Africa’s Roots in God pg vi
In the oral tradition of the Akan people of Ghana is found the
accumulated wisdom of the ancients full of theological insights, now bearing
witness to the greater light—the Bible. Through the oral traditions of the
indigenous people, the concept of the true God of Creation, the knowledge of
the Sacrificial System and Blood Atonement and the knowledge of Divine
Redemption are all revealed in the symbols of Africa.
Africa’s Roots in God pg 29
“Rev. Dr. Williams did not only find characteristics o Hebrew language, culture and religious thinking among the Akan people in West Africa, he also showed that the ancient Afrim people and the Akan people must have spoken the same language at some point in time.”
“Captain Rattray, who studied Akan thoughts and concepts through the collection of Asante provers and the study of the Asante people, pointed out that the Asante Nyame (Asante God) is the same as the Yahweh of the Israelites.”
The only difference between Yahweh and Yahmeh is the ‘M’ in the Akan word Nyame. The Middle ‘W’ which is ‘M’ in the Akan language is interchangeable because the Akans sometimes use ‘W’ in place of ‘M’ and vice versa.
The ‘God of Saturday’
Africa’s Roots in God pg 31
“The Akan people call the Creator God, Onyame Kwame, which translates as the God of Saturday…What is most interesting is that Saturday known in the Akan culture as God’s day, ‘Memeneda’ literally translates I AM THAT I AM’S DAY. Therefore, Yahweh among the Hebrews and Yahmeh in the Akan tradition was the same Being whose Memorial Day of Creation is Saturday.”
The Royal Linguist
In African culture, there is a mediator between the king and the people known as the Royal Linguist. The Royal linguist’s position is always sitting at the right hand of the king.
Kinsman Redeemer

Africa in the Shadows of Christ
Africa’s Roots in God pg 143
“Christ was foreshadowed in the meal before the Stool”
“Christ was foreshadowed in the 20 sheep slaughtered at Akwasidae by the Ashantees”
“Christ was foreshadowed in the self-sacrifice of ‘Ahor’ who gave his life to stop the deadly plague of the Gomoah nations, so his people would not be destroyed by death.”
“Christ was foreshadowed in the self-sacrifice of Twereboa Kodua of the Ashante nation who offered his life as a sacrifice to save the Asanteman from destruction”
Sacrificial system
Africa’s Roots in God pg 176
-The Sacrifice must be a clean animal
– The sacrifice must be spotless, without blemish
– The guilty brings the animal to the elders and the elders examine the sacrifice
– The purpose of sacrifice is to put away sin or make atonement for it to cleanse defilement and bring about reconciliation
– The blood is sprinkled on the royal stool or indigenous seat of government once a year at festivals
– The most important piece of the African sacrificial system relative to the biblical passage of Isaiah 53 is that the sacrificial lamb did not make any sound during the sacrifice. If it did the sacrifice was nullified and rendered unacceptable.
Cherokee Indians
18th Century explorer, trader, and researcher, James Adair from London, author of History of the American Indians who spent 40 years among the Cherokees, wrote a book named Out of the Flame, listing 23 hard proofs why he believed the Cherokees were descended from Israel. Among other things, the Cherokees were fiercely monotheistic who observed the Ten Commandments to the letter. Harvard professor Barry Fell cites an ancient carving of the Ten Commandments in North America as further proof, another subscriber to the lost tribe theory. Rabbi Marvin Tokayer, former USAF Chaplain and prominent Jewish historian, also holds that the Indians of the Americas are descendants of Northern Israel’s seafaring tribes, Dan and Zevulun. The additional list is long and exhaustive.
Understanding the Exodus Stephen Barrett Segall
James Adair lived among the Cherokee for 40 years beginning in 1736 and John Howard Payne lived among them in the early 1800′s. Both speak of Cherokee legends about the creation, the great flood, expulsion from Eden, the Tower of Babel, Abraham, crossing the Red Sea, Moses, wandering in the wilderness and the construction of the tent of worship and sacred ark.
The Cherokee believed in life after death, reward and punishment after death for behavior in life, an emphasis on spiritual and sexual purity and the use of baptism and fasting as a means of purification.
On certain days Cherokee would assemple for worship in obedience to Ye ho waah. If obedient to Ye ho waah’s commandments they would spend eternity with Him in heaven, if not they would spend eternity in a lake of fire and be tortured forever.
In the Cherokee story of creation, the Great Spirit created the world in seven days. Man was created from the dust of the earth and the Creator breathed life into him. The Creator saw that man was loney and took one of his ribs to make a woman. Initially man could live forever, and snakes were not poisonous. But to make sure the world was not overpopulated the Creator made snakes poisonous and a member of the first family was bitten by a snake and died. As a result of this all people were doomed to death.
Cherokees tradition stated that Ye ho waah had commanded the people to rest from work every seventh day. They celebrated the new moon. They had crystals for predicting the future like the Urim and Thummim. They had a sacred ark that represented an everlasting bond between them and the Creator.

Examples:
The Pachacuti came to understand that ‘Viracocha’ (the Inca god) was really the God of all Creation, and not merely a sun god.
In Ethiopia, Jesus Christ was equal to the Son of Magana (their one supreme God (48-50.) The Mbaka people of Central Africa had one supreme God called ‘Koro” and they knew also of Koro’s Son who was sent into the world to do something wonderful for all mankind, but they but they forgot (over time) yet did know somehow that a ‘white brother’ would come to restore this knowledge. They also had “rituals of passage” and blood sacrifices and baptismal immersions that paralleled the Judeo-Christian tradition (50-51.)
[Richardson found through his research that even the Chinese have a signature of the Gospel’s truth embedded within their own ideographs as in the word “righteous” which, in effect, reflected the concept: I under the lamb am righteous; since the Japanese use virtually the same writing system, this may be a point of connection between the message of Jesus Christ and their heretofore beliefs (Cf. pages 112-113.)
http://inspectorblebeau.pbworks.com/REFLECTIONS-OF-A-HINDU-SAINT
The below is from Richardson’s book, pp. 69-70, after he reflected on how similar the Karen people reflected the same understanding as Pachacuti’s hymns to Viracocha, from the INCA culture of Peru:]
“Y’wa formed the world origianlly.
He appointed food and drink.
He appointed the “fruit of trial.”
He gave detailed orders.
Mu-kaw-lee [Satan] deceived two persons.
He caused them to eat of the fruit of the tree of trial.
They obeyed not; they believed not Y’wa…
When they ate the fruit of trial,
They became subject to sickness, aging, and death…”
Savior Figures
When we say that Jesus Christ was produced without sexual union, was crucified and died, and rose again, and ascended to heaven, we propound nothing new or different from what you believe regarding those whom you call the sons of Jupiter.”
– Justin Martyr, church father [21:30]
For when they say that Dionysus arose again and ascended to heaven, is it not evidence the devil has imitated the prophecy?”
– Justin Martyr, church father. [22:55]
Justin in Dialogue with Trypho, Chapter LXIX:
For when they tell that Bacchus, son of Jupiter, was begotten by [Jupiter’s] intercourse with Semele, and that he was the discoverer of the vine; and when they relate, that being torn in pieces, and having died, he rose again, and ascended to heaven; and when they introduce wine into his mysteries, do I not perceive that [the devil] has imitated the prophecy announced by the patriarch Jacob, and recorded by Moses?
Justin writes:
And these things were said both among the Greeks and among all nations where they [the demons] heard the prophets foretelling that Christ would specially be believed in; but that in hearing what was said by the prophets they did not accurately understand it, but imitated what was said of our Christ, like men who are in error, we will make plain. [First Apology]
Justin’s “First Apology” Chapters 32 and 33. Notice how Justin is tying back to Hebrew prophecies:
The prophet Moses, then, Was, as we have already said, older than all writers; and by him, as we have also said before, it was thus predicted: “There shall not fail a prince from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until He come for whom it is reserved; and He shall be the desire of the Gentiles, binding His foal to the vine, washing His robe in the blood of the grape.” The devils, accordingly, when they heard these prophetic words, said that Bacchus was the son of Jupiter, and gave out that he was the discoverer of the vine, and they number wine [or, the ass] among his mysteries; and they taught that, having been torn in pieces, he ascended into heaven.
One example that Justin Martyr as evidence for copying regards his comments about Mithras worshippers’ rites: [First Apology, Chap 66]:
“For the apostles, in the memoirs composed by them, which are called Gospels, have thus delivered unto us what was enjoined upon them; that Jesus took bread, and when He had given thanks, said, “This do ye in remembrance of Me, this is My body;” and that, after the same manner, having taken the cup and given thanks, He said, “This is My blood;” and gave it to them alone. Which the wicked devils have imitated in the mysteries of Mithras, commanding the same thing to be done. For, that bread and a cup of water are placed with certain incantations in the mystic rites of one who is being initiated, you either know or can learn.”
There are numerous savior figures in ancient cultures such as Balder, Mithras, Dionysus, Osirus, Orpheus etc. who have one or multiple attributes that are similar to Messiah Jesus . This is because the adversary counterfeits the Truth, but at the same time our Father allows this so that the Truth can permeate throughout the world.
The first counterfeit Messiah was Cain
Gen 4:1 And the man knew his wife Eve. And she conceived and bore Cain, and said, I have gotten a man with the help of YHWH.
Gen 4:1 והאדם ידע את־חוה אשׁתו ותהר ותלד את־קין ותאמר קניתי אישׁ את־יהוה׃
Literally the Hebrew says ‘I have gotten a man YHWH.’
The promise of the coming Savior who would defeat satan goes all the way back to the Garden of Eden.
Gen 3:15 And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her Seed; He will bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel.
Hence, all cultures and all peoples will have knowledge of this. This is also seen in the Gospel written in the heavens.

Prayer
Psa 65:2 To You who hears prayer, all flesh comes.
All religions and all cultures incorporate prayer into their lives, it is an innate part of man. From the animistic religions, to the polytheistic religions to the monotheistic faiths, all pray to a being greater than themselves.
Even in man’s physiology it is shown that prayer has very real power, not only spiritually but also physically.
The God Code pg 80
“In a pilot study conducted at Kansas City’s Mid America Heart Institute, 990 patients suffering from a range of life-threatening heart conditions were divided into two groups before undergoing their respective medical procedures and surgeries. One group received treatments of prayer from five volunteers on a daily basis, whil the second group did not.
To the amazement of the researchers conducting the tests, the individuals in the group receiving the prayers experienced statistically measurable benefits in their healing and recovery. The project’s leader stated, ‘The patients who were prayed for just did better.’
http://www.applesforhealth.com/AlternativeMedicine/prayerhelps1.html
James Dalen, the Archives of Internal Medicine’s editor, told the Star he felt the study was well-designed and well-written. He said of prayer, “If this was a medication, the conclusion would be that this medication helped.”
Physician Harold Koenig of the Duke University School of Medicine called the study “very significant” but also “highly controversial.” Koenig, who has conducted several studies on spirtuality and health, said, “I’m not sure how many doctors are going to embrace this.”
The Harris results match the findings of a similar study conducted in the late 1980s by Randolph Byrd at San Francisco General Hospital. That study involved 393 patients.
Further, our Father created our brains in such a way that they are ‘hardwired’ to receive revelation and relationship from Him.
Scientists have been doing studies on the ‘God chemical’, the ‘God spot’, etc., in the human brain and have found that the human body is designed to have experience with the Most High. This can be perverted through drugs such as mushrooms, peyote and LSD but the fact remains that in our physiology our Father has given us provision to physically experience all of the things spoken of by the Scriptures such as hearing His voice, seeing visions etc.

Psa 65:2 To You who hears prayer, all flesh comes.
Sacrifice
The concept of sacrifice is universal in all religious beliefs. The idea that God(s) must be appeased with sacrifices is seen in all cultures.
The word sacrifice means to do or perform something sacred. It traces back to the Hebrew word ‘qorban’ which means to draw near. All peoples understand that one can only approach the Almighty via sacrifice. From the first sacrifice that covered Adam (Genesis 3:21) to each sacrifice that followed, all were pointing to Messiah who is the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world (Revelation 13:8) who would redeem man from His sin and return man to fellowship with the Father (Ephesians 2:16).
http://christianthinktank.com/cross2.html
“Sacrifice and offering are activities and concepts endemic to the human race. The first act of worship outside the Garden of Eden was the presentation of offerings and sacrifices to Yahweh (Gen 4:1-4a). Noah’s first act of worship after the great flood subsided was the presentation of ‘burnt offerings on the altar’ (Gen. 8:20). Before his call Abram was acquainted with sacrifice and offering. Soon after obeying the Lord’s command, he built an altar at the oak of Moreh (12:6) where the Lord had revealed Himself. He built another altar between Bethel and Ai and called upon the name of Yahweh (12:8; 13:3f.), and another at Hebron by the oaks of Mamre (13:18). Three months after the Israelites came out of Egypt, God called them together at Sinai. There He gave them the Torah, which included instructions for worshiping Him by presenting sacrifices and offerings (Ex. 19-Num. 10:10).
“For God’s new people, as well as for the ancestors of Israel and for primeval humankind, sacrifice and offering restored broken relationships between God and mankind and between men and women. The close relationship between this healing function of sacrifice and offering and the violent expulsion and separation of human beings from the Creator (Gen. 3:24) is emphasized by the writer’s close placement of Gen. 3:22-24 and 4:1-4a. Radical rejection is pictured in 3:22-24; some kind of reconciliation and gesture of good will through the offering of sacrifice (4:1-4a) indicates a major function and meaning of sacrifice for the author of Genesis….Sacrifice and offering are as old as religion, and it appears that religion is as old as humankind (Gen. 4:26).” [E.E. Carpenter, ISBE, s.v. “Sacrifices and Offerings in the OT”, p.260]
Qorban
We draw near through Messiah
Heb 4:15 For we do not have a high priest not being able to sympathize with our weaknesses but One having been tried in all respects according to our likeness, apart from sin.
Heb 4:16 Therefore, let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and we may find grace for timely help.
Heb 10:19 Therefore, brothers, having confidence for the entering of the Holy of Holies by the blood of Jesus,
Heb 10:20 which He consecrated for us, a new and living way through the veil; that is, His flesh;
Heb 10:21 and having a Great Priest over the house of God,
Heb 10:22 let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, our hearts having been sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our body having been washed in pure water;
Heb 10:23 let us hold fast the confession of the hope unyielding, for He who has promised is faithful.
Language
All languages trace back to Hebrew. According to the Holy Scriptures, all peoples spoke one language until the Tower of Babel when the languages were confused (Genesis 11:1). In the end there shall be one language again (Zephaniah 3:9). What language will this be? Many who have studied the origin of language believe this will be Hebrew. This study of the origin of all languages tracing back to Hebrew is called Edenicsclick here. (See also Edenics.org)
The Hebrew language points to the Word, who is Messiah. Each letter of the Hebrew Aleph-Bet, and each word in Hebrew points to Messiah. Hence, every word of every language points to Messiah. It is harder to see Him in English, or German or French than it is in the pure waters of Hebrew but He is seen nevertheless.
Chinese language
Create
The Chinese word for create speaks of walking dust/mud
The Discovery of Genesis pg 2
“It is supposed that the Chinese originally migrated from a site in Mesopotamia, for they show evidences of similarity to the later Babylo-Assyrian culture in arts, sciences and government. The approximate date of their origin, 2500 BC, is surprisingly close to the strict chronological dating of the great event at the tower of Babel which resulted in ‘the division of all mankind into new linguistic groups and the consequent dispersion of peoples over the face of the earth.”
Hence, in the Chinese language, the truths of Genesis (which is linked to psuche seen above) should be seen in the Chinese language.
The Discovery of Genesis – How the Truths of Genesis Were Found Hidden in the Chinese Language pg 2
“these ancient people (Chinese) served only one God, had no myths or idols, and kept a strict moral code. They called their God ShangTi.”

The above definition of the Spirit includes the pictograph for worker of magic, which in Chinese thought indicates creating something out of nothing.
The Flesh
The Flesh = the Gospel. The Gospel is pictured by the bride of Adam coming out of his side, just as Messiah bought His bride when blood and water came forth from His side.
Here are few more examples
Righteousness comes from the Lamb

In Hebrew, the word for pattern also links back to the Son.
The root of this word is ‘ben’ which means a son.
Relationships
The family structure points to Messiah. A man joins his wife to become one to produce children (Genesis 1:22, 28; 2:24). This points to the Messiah who left Heaven, to come to earth to bring forth many children to glory.
Heb 2:9 but we do see Jesus crowned with glory and honor because of the suffering of death was made a little less than the angels, so that by the grace of God He might taste of death for all.
Heb 2:10 For it was fitting for Him, because of whom are all things, and through whom are all things, having brought many sons to glory, to perfect Him as the Author of their salvation through sufferings.
He is likened to a Father
Heb 2:13 And again, “I will be trusting on Him.” Isa. 8:17 And again, “Behold, I and the children whom God gave to Me.” Isa. 8:18
He is likened to a mother. In Proverbs 8 (and many other passages), Wisdom is personified as a woman. Who is Wisdom?
1Co 1:24 But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.
1Co 1:30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:
He is likened to siblings
Heb 2:11 For both the One sanctifying and the ones being sanctified are all of one; for which cause He is not ashamed to call them brothers,
Heb 2:12 saying, “I will announce Your name to My brothers; I will hymn to You in the midst of the assembly.” Psa. 22:22
Another important relationship that man engages in is friendship.
Joh 15:14 You are My friends if you do whatever I command you.
Wis 7:14 For she (wisdom) is a treasure unto men that never faileth: which they that use become the friends of God, being commended for the gifts that come from learning.
Pro 18:24 A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother.
Social structure
The elements of the social structure were given to man to keep order, but also to point to Messiah. He is our King (Isaiah 43:15; Revelation 19:16), our Leader (Isaiah 55:4; Matthew 23:10), our Judge (2 Timothy 4:1), our Priest (Hebrews 8:1; 9:11), our Teacher (Matthew 23:8) but also a Servant (John 13:15; Mark 10:45).
Work
Man was given work from the beginning (Genesis 2:15; 3:19) for his physical benefit but also to point Him to Messiah. Whether man is a farmer, or in construction/manufacturing, a doctor, lawyer or teacher, all things point to Messiah. He is the Creator of agriculture (Genesis 2:8; John 15:1; Isaiah 28:26-29) He is a carpenter/builder (Mark 6:3). He is our healer/doctor (Exodus 15:26; Luke 4:23). He is our lawyer/defender (Psalm 109:31; Luke 22:32; Romans 8:34; 1 John 2:1). He is our teacher (Matthew 23:8; Isaiah 54:13).
Leisure
Many of the things that man spends his free time/leisure time on in order to be entertained is frivolous and a waste of precious time that our Father has given us. Yet, in most of these things shadows of Messiah can be seen. The word leisure itself points to Messiah. Leisure comes from the word license which means liberty/freedom. How are we made free? Through Messiah:
Gal 5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.
2Co 3:17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
1Pe 2:16 as free, and not having freedom as a cover of evil, but as slaves of God;
His disciples know the truth and are set free
Joh 8:31 Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;
Joh 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
Most of man’s leisure time is spent in hobbies, or in entertainment. Most hobbies consist of creating or in games/sports which is a picture of overcoming. Messiah is our Creator (Colossians 1:12-17; Hebrews 1:2-3, 8-12; Ephesians 3:9 etc.) and it is through Him that we overcome (1 John 5:4-5).
The other main activity that man spends his free time in is in entertainment. Movies, television, books etc are the main source of this entertainment. What are the main themes seen? Good over evil and the love between a man and a woman. It all goes back to the Garden of Eden. Ever since the garden of Eden, the prophecy of the Messiah defeating the serpent (Genesis 3:15) has been a focal point in the hearts and minds of men. From the mythologies down to today’s movies in Hollywood, the theme of good over evil is seen over and over again with the hero saving the girl from the enemy which is a picture of the Messiah saving His bride from the devil. However, due to the fact that the adversary is the great counterfeiterclick here, many times in books and movies the ‘good guy’ is actually the devil portraying himself as the savior with the ‘bad guy’ being the God of Scripture.
Albert Pike, Confederate General, 33rd Degree Mason and Sovereign Pontiff of Universal Freemasonry, address to the 23 Confederated Supreme Councils of the World, 14 July 1889
“What we must say to the crowd is: We worship a God, but it is the God that one worships without superstition. To you, Sovereign Grand Inspectors General, we say, so that you can repeat it to the Brethren of the 32nd, 31st and 30th degrees: -The Masonic religion must be, by all of us initiates of the high grades, maintained in the purity of the Luciferian doctrine. If Lucifer were not God, Adonai[the God of the Christians] whose deeds prove his cruelty, perfidy and hatred of man, his barbarism and repulsion of science -if Lucifer were not God, would Adonai and his priests slander him? Yes, Lucifer is God, and unfortunately so is Adonai. For the eternal law is that there is no splendor without shadow, no beauty without ugliness, no white without black, because the absolute can only exist as two, because darkness is necessary to light to serve as its compliment, as the pedestal is necessary to the statue, as the brake to the locomotive … The true and pure philosophical religion is the belief in Lucifer, equal to Adonai, but Lucifer, God of Light and God of Good, is fighting for humanity against Adonai, God of Darkness and God of Evil.”

Anatomy
Anatomy = book
The volume of the Scroll is written about Messiah
Psa 40:7 Then said I, Lo, I come: in the volume of the book it is written of me,
‘Tome’ is the root of the word anatomy
In the same passage of Scripture mentioned above in reference to Messiah, it speaks of the body being given to Him.
Heb 10:5 For this reason, coming into the world, He says, “Sacrifice and offering You did not desire, but You prepared a body for Me.
Heb 10:6 You did not delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices concerning sins.”
Heb 10:7 “Then I said, Lo, I come, in the heading*** of the Book (Biblion) it was written concerning Me, to do Your will, O God.” LXX-Psa. 39:7 -9; MT-Psa. 40:6 -8

In Hebrew this word is ‘megillah’ which is also related to the ‘head’. The word golgolet (Golgotha/skull) comes from this same root in Hebrew meaning round. The word ‘megillah’ is related to the Hebrew word ‘galgal’ (circle) which has the gematria of 66, referring back to the 66 books of the Word.
The word for ‘chapter’, also means a ‘head’ from the Latin capitulum.
Traditionally, Torah scrolls were treated like living beings. They were clothed and when they wore out they were buried. The armor worn by a man (specifically speaking of Messiah) as mentioned in Isaiah 59:13; Ephesians 6:11 corresponds with the clothing of a Torah Scroll. The Armor of God is linked with baptism in Messiah
Going back to the word anatomy, as seen above it used to be a synonymous word with ‘skeleton.’
Notice that the word skeleton traces back to the meaning of ‘dried up.’ This links to the current study through the word for ‘dry land’ (yabesh). Interestingly, the body of Messiah is likened to dry bones העצמות היבשׁות in Ezekiel 37 which is resurrected and brought back to the land of Israel.
The word for bone in Hebrew comes from the word עץ meaning a tree…it is no coincidence that Ezekiel 37 speaks of bones in reference to the resurrected body of Messiah and then speaks of 2 trees becoming one in reference to His body.
There are 206 bones in the human skeleton. Here are a few times that the gematria of 206 is seen in the Scriptures. Notice the connections to the current study.
Who is the House of God (Bethel)?
Messiah (His body) is the House of God (Bethel)
Gen 35:14 And Jacob set up a pillar(H4678 matstsebeth) in the place where he talked with him, even a pillar of stone: and he poured a drink offering thereon, and he poured oil thereon.
Gen 35:15 And Jacob called the name of the place where God spake with him, Bethel{H1008 בּית־אלbeytḣ’el house of God}
H4676 מצּבה matstsêbâh mats-tsay-baw’
Feminine (causative) participle of H5324; something stationed, that is, a column or (memorial stone); by analogy an idol: – garrison, (standing) image, pillar.
Messiah is the image of God
The congregation of believers are to be the “image” of Messiah
BETHEL
The human psyche (from whence comes the word psychology) is linked with the ‘head’ or intellect.
Who is the Head?
Eph 1:22 And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church,
Eph 4:15 But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
Eph 5:23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body.
Col 1:18 And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.
Col 1:19 For it pleased the Father that in him should all fulness dwell;
In Hebrew the word for head is ‘rosh’ which is the root of the word ‘beresheit’ or the beginning. As seen above, Psyche is linked with Genesis/the beginning.
