A molecule is the smallest indivisible portion, besides an atom, of a pure chemical substance that has its unique set of chemical properties, that is, its potential to undergo a certain set of chemical reactions with other substances.
Etymologically, molecule comes from two Latin words. ‘Mole’ which means a large, completed structure or a mass and ‘cule’ which means to gather something out by choosing. The Latin ‘mole’ traces back to the Hebrew word מלא ‘male.’

מלא ‘male’ comes from the root מל.

The second part of the word molecule is ‘cule.’ ‘Cule’ comes from the Latin meaning to gather
something out by choosing. This word traces back to the Hebrew קהל ‘qahal’ which means a calling
out or gathering. Hence, molecule, means a complete gathering of words/letters/elements. On a deeper
level, it is a picture of Messiah and his body/bride.
Bonds
Molecules/compounds are formed by two types of bondings. Covalent and ionic bonding.

Compounds that have ionic bonds are commonly called salts.
Ionic bonds form because elements seek to fill their ‘valence energy level’ which is not complete.

Achieving a filled (complete) valence energy level is a driving force in nature in terms of chemical
reactions, because that’s when elements are stable, or ‘satisfied.’

“An atom is most stable when it contains eight electrons in its outermost shell, hence, the unreactivity
of the noble gases. Chemical reactions involve atoms shuffling electrons until each acquires eight
electrons in their outermost shells.”
This is known as the octet rule. Interestingly, the desire for atoms to have an outershell of 8 electrons
points to Messiah. The Hebrew word for eight is שמנה ‘shemoneh’ which comes from the root שמן
‘shemen’ which means oil/spirit.

שמן ‘shemen’ comes from the root word שם ‘shem’ which means ‘name.’
Rev 19:13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
Further connecting to Messiah, the name Jesus in Greek = 888
In the Hebrew alphabet, the letter ח ‘Chet’ equals 8. The letter ח ‘chet’ is a ‘wall’, something that surrounds and protects or completes, a perfect picture of the outer shell of an atom.

“If you really stop and think about it, the process of creating table salt is pretty remarkable. You take two substances that are both very hazardous and from them you make a substance that’s necessary for life.”
Chemistry for Dummies pg 89
“The Na’ (sodium) attracts the CL (chlorine) anion and forms the compound NaCl, or table salt. This is an example of an ionic bond, which is a chemical bond (a strong attractive force that keeps two chemical elements together) that comes from the electrostatic attraction (attraction of opposite charges) between cations and anions.”
“The compounds that have ionic bonds are commonly called salts. In sodium chloride, a crystal is formed in which each sodium cation is surrounded by six different chloride anions, and each chloride anion is surrounded by six different sodium cations.”
Below is the crystal structure of salt

The body of Messiah is likened unto salt
Mat 5:13 You are the salt of the earth, but if the salt becomes tasteless, with what shall it be salted? For it has strength for nothing any more but to be thrown out and to be trampled under by men.
Notice that the body of Messiah, the 12 tribes, is structured after the same structure as salt seen above
(foursquare).
Rev 21:9 And one of the seven angels came to me, he having the seven bowls being filled with the
seven last plagues, and spoke with me, saying, Come, I will show you the bride, the wife of the
Lamb.
Rev 21:10 And he carried me in spirit onto a great and high mountain, and showed me the great
city, holy Jerusalem, coming down out of Heaven from God,
Rev 21:11 having the glory of God. And its light was like a very precious stone, as a jasper stone,
being clear as crystal,
Rev 21:12 and having a great and high wall, having twelve gates, and twelve angels at the gates and
names having been inscribed, which are of the twelve tribes of the sons of Israel.
Rev 21:13 From the east, three gates; from the north, three gates; from the south, three gates; and
from the west, three gates.
Rev 21:14 And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve
apostles of the Lamb.
By themselves, sodium and chlorine are deadly. But when they join together, seeking 8 (Messiah), they
become life.
Atoms/Molecules are held together by “atomic glue”
All mass in the universe is made up of atoms. The atomic nuclei is made up of protons which are positively charged. According to Coulomb’s law, positive charged things repel each other. Therefore, each atom would ‘fall apart’ if it wasn’t for a force that holds them together. This ‘force’ is known as ‘atomic glue’ or ‘gluon’. The Scriptures define this force as Jesus the Messiah (Colossians 1:17; Hebrews 1:3)

“The atom plays a vital part in God’s creation. All matter is comprised of atoms. The atom is made up of electrons and protons, which are really not solids, but positive and negative charges of electricity.
The atom has a dense center called the nucleus. Inside the nucleus are the neutrons and protons. The neutrons have no electrical charge and are therefore neutral; but the protons have positive charges. One law of electricity is that like charges repel one another. Therefore, since the protons inside the nucleus are all positive charges, they should repel one another and scatter, but for some reason they do not. There is a binding force, not yet understood, holding them together. In addition, when the neutrons of the atom are smashed, they scatter into parts which become electrons and protons and a multitude of other kinds of particles—the number of which staggers the imagination.
Around the nucleus of the atom whirl the particles called electrons (which have negative electrical charges) at billions of times every millionth of a second. These opposite charges of electricity attract each other; the protons and electrons pull at each other, keeping the electrons from dispersing. From where did this electrical charge come which holds the atoms together in such a specific manner? What force causes these electrons to orbit the nucleus of the atom at such an unbelievable speed?
What is the binding force of an atom? Scientists have discovered this binding force and its properties have been worked out mathematically, but they do not know what it is or how it got there. Recently they have found two new forces within the atom called the pi-mesons. They believe the pi-mesons may be the energy holding things together. It is totally invisible; it can’t be seen, felt, tasted or weighed. But it is there! What is this nuclear glue? Though man can continue to observe and research the atom, discovering how it works and of what it is comprised, the question still remains: Who is the creator and the controller of these incredible forces? Did it all come about by unintelligent chance or was there intelligence involved? If so, whose?”
Col 1:17 And He is before all things, and all things have subsisted in Him.
Heb 1:3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;
